During this time of uncertainty, we want to contribute our efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19. This is why we spent many hours developing a fabric reusable face mask for all of us. While it does not protect against the virus, it helps to slow the spread by preventing droplets being transmitted from person to person, and preventing us from touching our faces.
We are using OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 fabric which is the safest material in the market keeping you safe from chemicals. More than anything, we want peace of mind while practicing all the basics such as hand washing and social distancing. Having a mask on while in public is a way to be considerate towards yourself and to others. Due to high demand we are working on having your Face Masks shipped out within 3-4 Business Days of receiving your order.

A “business day” is a regular weekday. Orders received during the weekend are processed the following Monday. Orders received on statutory holidays are processed the next regular business day.
Small items like insoles will be shipped using Canada Post.
We will email a tracking link once your order ships (typically within 24 business hours from your order time).
All orders are verified for accurate billing information. Old Shoe Dawg reserves the right to refuse any potentially fraudulent orders.

While Old Shoe Dawg does not ship to the U.S., you may visit Josef Seibel (www.josefseibel.com) for U.S. orders.
We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Old Shoe Dawg wants you to be thrilled when you receive your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You can return your order in their original condition up to 30 days from your invoice date for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs! If you chose the Express Shipping option at the checkout, this amount will be deducted from final the refund amount.
Replacement Insole orders will not come with a return label. However, our insoles are genuine manufacturer insoles and are guaranteed to fit.
Is this your first time ordering?
If this is your first time wearing our brands, we actually encourage you to order multiple styles and sizes to try on at home! Just return the ones you don’t want for a hassle-free refund. This saves time and is more economical than placing many separate orders.

Just as your local store allows you to try on shoes and place them back, we ask that all shoes be returned in their original re-sellable condition. A full refund is issued at our discretion, but as long as your shoes meet the criteria below, you should be good to go!
- Returned within 30 days of order invoice date.
- Shoes must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and tear, AND in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes cannot have been worn outdoors. Shoes returned with a damaged/unoriginal box or missing parts may be subject to a $10.00 re-boxing fee.
If you are unsure the condition of your items qualify for a return, you can contact us before proceeding with the return.
If you would like another size or colour within 30 days of the invoice date, simply return the original shoe as described in our Return Instructions and then place a new order. This allows us to send out the replacement immediately as your returns are shipped back to our return centre. It also prevents the shoe you want from disappearing from our stock while your returns are being delivered back to us. A full refund will be issued once we receive your returns and they pass inspection.
Defects & Repairs
Old Shoe Dawg does not provide repairs or replacement parts such as insoles or laces. However, if an item requires a repair within 60 days of the purchase date, your item may be eligible for replacement at Old Shoe Dawg’s discretion and depending on availability.
